About Me

Hello – Let me introduce myself – I’m Samantha and I’m a proud Canuck living in Ontario Canada. I have a wonderful husband, Michael, and three lovely children, Owen, Lily and Ethan (not to mention a colossal network of supporters – family and friends, whom you will read about at some point or another). I enjoy knitting, running, biking and canoeing and I’m sure I will chatter on about all of it … and anything else that randomly pops into my mind.  I’m a freelance writer and this is my newest writing adventure. It’s not work, it’s play, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

5. I’m a runner and a cyclist … or at least I try.
6. I’m clumsy.

8. I married my high school sweetheart.
9. I knit and crochet.
10. I’m Pagan.
11. I currently reside in Southern Ontario.
12. I’d like to visit Egypt and Denmark.
13. I don’t eat seafood or anything that comes in shells (like snails).
14. I have been known to enjoy the odd cup of coffee or six daily. I swear I’m not addicted.
15. I have an Ankh tattoo on my lower back.
16. My dog is a Labrador Retriever; his name is Dozer.
17. My astrological sign is Cancer.
18. I am afraid of the dark.
19. I try not to be hypocritical.
20. I am frequently sarcastic and have a dry sense of humour.
21. I have an older sister.  She’s a pain in my ass.
22. My cats are named Milo and Otis.
23. I believe in ghosts.  How can I not?  I’ve seen them.
